Sonic Introduces MyDVD Video Suite
Sonic Solutions has released MyDVD Video Suite, the most
comprehensive solution available for consumer DVD production and
video editing. MyDVD Video Suite makes it possible for home users to
record, share and re-edit their personal videos on DVD or CD.
Mediatechnics announces the new "PACT" Mid Range Autoloading Duplication Systems Mediatechnics Systems, Inc. announced their new "PACT" 4 Drive
CD-R/DVD-R Autoloader. This new autoloading duplication system accommodates
either four CD-R or DVD-R duplication drives. The new "PACT"
loader also offers a 400 Disk input capacity. At a retail price starting
at $5495.00 for the CD-R configuration, the new PACT loader sets the standard
for price performance.
Stomp Enhances Capabilities of BackUp MyPC Software
Stomp, Inc., creator of the acclaimed CD Stomper CD/DVD labeling
system, has announced the latest version of its BackUp MyPC data
backup and disaster recovery solution. The new version 4.81 enhances
integration with Microsoft Windows XP Home and Professional operating
systems, enabling users to easily create disaster recovery discs or
diskettes.
NEC Enhances Projectors with 3000 ANSI Lumens
NEC Solutions, Inc. has introduced its latest projector, the MT1056,
which improves upon NEC's MT50 Series to give users a superior choice
for portable or fixed installation use in conference room and
classroom applications. The 13.3-lb., LCD-based MT1056 offers a
bright 3000 ANSI lumens as well as XGA native resolution for high
performance even in rooms with significant ambient lighting.
Ricoh Europe Bundles neoDVDstandard with New Combo Drives
MedioStream has announced that Ricoh Europe will include
MedioStream's neoDVDstandard authoring software, with its
patent-pending "Direct-to-Disc Recording" and "Smart Buffering"
features, in its new Internal drives, which support recordable DVD+RW
and write-once DVD+R.
CyberLink Launches StreamAuthor 2.0
CyberLink Corp. has announced the release of the breakthrough
StreamAuthor 2.0, an easy-to-use and cost effective authoring tool.
It also offers corporations a comprehensive e-learning solution for
delivering customized rich-media training content via the Web,
Intranet or on a CD or DVD disc.
Cirrus Logic's MPEG Technology Powers Daewoo Video recorder
Cirrus Logic Inc. has announced that Daewoo Electronics has selected
Cirrus' CS92210 MPEG codec to power the DHD-4000K Hard Disc Video
Recorder, a full-featured personal video recorder (PVR).
Xabre400 Debuts as First AGP8X Graphics Chip with 8x8 Support
Silicon Integrated Systems Corporation, a leading core logic and
graphics chip supplier, has unveiled its brand-new graphics chip --
