Vietnam - The Long Way Home DVD

Vietnam War DVD / The Long Way Home Project with an introduction from General Norman Schwarzkopf takes you into the lives of 7 heroes who tell the story of their experiences in Vietnam.
This Vietnam War DVD show that the Vietnam War was a trying period in American History. It split the country on whether we belonged there or not.
For the troops that were there, day to day living was there main concern. Living and fighting in Vietnam was no holiday and many good young men lost their lives in the field of battle during this war.
The film maker Calvin Crane served during the Vietnam war as a photographer for the Army and a photojournalist for the U.S. Information Agency.
Once Calvin returned home and the years went by, Calvin saw the misconceptions about the Vietnam War. He joined the movie-going public in seeing the Vietnam veteran depicted as a long-haired killing machine in “Rambo” or a slow-witted man in “Forrest Gump.” Then, in 1999, as Calvin watched a news program from his home – he had enough of the negative propaganda and decided to make his own Vietnam War DVD.
The Long Way Home DVD is his effort to show America what Vietnam really was.
